RULES FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE LOTTERY

Want a chance to win fabulous prizes? Here’s how you can take part: 

1. Purchase products worth 300 RON between December 1 and December 21, 2025.

2. For every purchase worth 300 RON, you receive one lottery ticket! The more purchases of at least 300 RON you make, the more lottery tickets you’ll get, and your chances of winning will increase significantly.

3. For each 300 RON purchase, you receive 1 lottery ticket. If your purchase reaches 600 RON, you’ll receive 2 lottery tickets. The more purchases you make, the more tickets you receive—and the more you boost your chances of winning! 

4. If you make a purchase in the store, you will receive a raffle ticket that you must fill out completely. One part of the ticket will be placed in the raffle box at the official Global Fashion store, and the other part will remain with you as proof in case you are selected as the winner. 

5. If you place an online order, the store employees will fill out the raffle ticket on your behalf and place it in the raffle box. 

6. On December 22, 2025, take part in the prize raffle, where the winner will be chosen randomly using a “wheel of fortune.” The winner could be you! 

RULES FOR THE LOTTERY

1. The lottery is open from December 1 to December 21, 2025, inclusive.

2. The offer is valid only for retail customers.

3. Individuals over the age of 18 who live in Romania and have made a purchase of at least 300 RON between December 1 and December 21, 2025, are eligible to participate.

4. The offer is available to all customers who have made purchases either through online orders on the website global-fashion.ro or directly in the store at: bd. Voluntari, 86, SMART EXPO, COMMERCIAL SPACE D4, Voluntari City, Ilfov County.

5. The prize draw will take place on December 22, 2025, live on TikTok @globalfashionro. The exact time of the live stream will be announced a few days in advance, no later than December 22, 2025. Follow us on our pages so you don’t miss the announcement.

RULES FOR PRIZE COLLECTION

The grand prize and all prizes with financial value will be handed over to the winners in person.
• The winner must appear in person to collect their prize.
• In exceptional cases, when the winner cannot be present, the prize may be collected by an authorized person (for example, with a power of attorney or prior agreement with the organizer).

1.1. These regulations establish the internal rules regarding the organization, participation, conduct, winner selection, and prize awarding in the lottery organized by Global Fashion Romania (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
 1.2. The lottery will take place from December 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026, both at the physical store in Voluntari, Str. 86, and on the online platform www.global-fashion.ro.
1.3. Participation in the lottery is free of charge, being conditioned only on purchases made in accordance with these regulations.
1.4. The purpose of the lottery is to retain customers and promote the products sold by Global Fashion.

2. Participation Conditions

2.1. Any natural person over 18 years old who makes purchases of at least 300 RON during the campaign period may participate.
2.2. For every 300 RON spent in a single transaction, the participant receives one lottery ticket.
2.3. The more purchases of at least 300 RON a participant makes, the more tickets they receive, increasing their chances of winning.
2.4. Employees of Global Fashion and their first-degree relatives are not allowed to participate in the lottery.

3. Participation Procedure

3.1. In-store participation (Voluntari 86)
• The customer receives lottery tickets corresponding to the purchases made.
• Each ticket has two parts: a long one and a short one.
• The participant must fill in all sections of each ticket correctly.
• The longer half is placed in the official Global Fashion lottery box.
• The shorter half remains with the participant and serves as proof in case of winning.

 
3.2. Online participation (www.global-fashion.ro)
• The customer does not fill out the ticket personally.
• Global Fashion employees fill in the lottery ticket correctly and completely with the order data.
• The completed ticket is placed in the lottery box by the organizer.
• Data is managed responsibly to facilitate contacting the winners.

4. Drawing Procedure

4.1. The winner selection will take place on December 22, 2025 – Round 1: kits and January 31 – Round 2: Egypt vacation, 500 EUR, 3 vouchers.
4.2. The draw will be broadcast live on TikTok @globalfashionro.
4.3. The time of the live broadcast will be announced a few days in advance on Global Fashion’s official pages.
4.4. To validate the win, the participant must follow the Organizer’s social media pages.
4.5. The draw will be conducted transparently by mixing the tickets in the box and randomly drawing them live.
4.6. The same person cannot win two prizes simultaneously.

5. Lottery Prizes 

5.1.  Prizes may include:

5.2. The value and number of prizes are determined internally by the Organizer and announced publicly before the draw date.

6. Winner Validation

6.1. The winner must present the retained half of the ticket for confirmation.
6.2. For online purchases, validation is done based on the order data entered on the ticket.
6.3. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not present proof within 7 days, the prize is forfeited, and the Organizer may decide to hold a new draw.

7. Award Presentation 

7.1. Prizes will be handed personally to winners at the Global Fashion location.
7.2. In exceptional cases, the prize may be collected by a legally authorized person (e.g., by power of attorney).
7.3. The Organizer does not send prizes by courier, except for small prizes determined internally

8. Data Protection 

8.1. The Organizer undertakes to protect participants’ personal data in accordance with current legislation (GDPR).
8.2. Data will be used exclusively for managing the lottery and contacting winners.

9. Interpretation and Amendment of the Rules

9.1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the regulations, with prior notification to participants.
9.2. Any unforeseen situation will be resolved by the Organizer in the spirit of transparency and fairness.

These regulations come into effect on November 30, 2025.
